Midwife led hypnobirthing courses in a peaceful garden studio
Overview
Pregnancy and birth is different for every person, as is hypnobirthing. The aim of the course is to help you feel calm, informed and prepared for birth. Whether you're planning a homebirth, caesarean or waterbirth, the tools I teach can be used in any birth setting.
The courses are held in my peaceful garden room, with the option of using outdoor space if the weather permits and the sun is shining! (course dependent). The environment is relaxed and comfortable, and of course tea and cake will be provided!
During the course, we will explore a variety of hypnobirthing tools and techniques to help best prepare you for pregnancy and birth. Within this we will cover antenatal birth preparation and an optional postnatal session looking at the 4th trimester, for first time parents (or a good refresher for parents with children).
